Added a blog section to the site.  I need to sort out the templates a bit as things are not looking so good.

The system is not that good but I prefer to spend my time working on IpBike than trying to set up an alternative. It is at least good at keeping the spam away.

It is advisable to 'copy' before you try and post as the captcha stuff is a bit to agresive and the back buttone is not working for everyone.  You can at least then paste and have another go.

Hi there,

I may well be missing something obvious, but is there an easy way to get an iPbike workout into WKO+ (v3.0) ?

(I realise I could sign up for a Premium Trainingpeaks account but as I don't like the website very much I am rather loathe to do that)

Thanks

Henry

Not sure what file formats WKO+ will take but you can export .csv .gpc .tcx .pwx and .fit The .fit is not liked by some software importing it although I belive the format is perfectly valiv and I can't see any way of making it any simpler...

To export select the ride in ride history then use save_as to save the file to where you want on the sd card or use send to send the file to another app e.g. you could email it off the phone.

The .pwx file is supported by WKO+, just open the file in WKO+ and it loads and converts to the .wko format without problem.
