Hi Ifor,
Do you have any idea why I often see "File exists" with the exclamation mark in a red circle.
It happens when I type in a new name for a ride (which I've never used for any other ride previously), then press on 'upload' (or 'route' then 'back' to the ride page) and that's when the error appears. Sometimes the ride name in the list of rides is the old one, sometimes the new.
(Problem used to happen prior to "Customisable Display Beta" and still there in 1.1.12)

Means exactly what it says. You are renaming a ride and the underlying file with the data has a name matching the ride name. There is a file with that name already so it's not going to let you use that name as that would over-write the data for the previous ride...
The ride name really needs to be unique which is why I have the auto incrementing stuff in although there is a preference to have it date stamped which may be more usfull if you want to change the basename to something route based after each ride. Look at preferences - other phone settings - logging control - use timestamp prefix. (I think the prefixes in there are wrong it should be postfix something for me to fix.)
