Mar 18 2013, 17:33 Hi there, I can't seem to get the runkeeper authorization done, since the app always seems to hang/gives a white screen when I select the menu item. Is this supposed to work at the moment? I'm using a Sony Xperia X10 mini on Android 2.1 Thanks! |

Mar 18 2013, 20:12 At the white screen you are waiting for a webpage on the Runkeeper site to open up. Testing just now it took about 20 seconds before I was presented with the login page don't kn ow why it's going so slow. After logging into runkeeper you have to grant IpBike access, this returns controll to IpBike. If giving it some more time is not helping then get something like the catlog app and capture a log report and I can check if there are any obvious errors. |

Mar 28 2013, 01:07 Agreed, probably just unlucky timing when I tried to connect over the course of the day... Thanks a lot, working now - amazing software. You should consider slimlining it a bit for us runners out there with Sony smartphones & ANT chips, and get a huge software hit. |

Apr 05 2013, 19:19 Take a look at the Uploading page towards the end it indicaes where the file will be I use for the upoload. If you can have another go and get me the files I may be able to work out what is going on. It's not totaly broken as I upload all my rides to all the possible sites and have not had any trouble. email support at iforpowell.com |

Apr 08 2013, 21:41 Ok there looks to be a bug with the stationary / indoor setup at the moment so these fail to upload. Best workaround is to not mark the bike as indoors. I will have a fix in the next release which should be 1.3.6 I will try and get this out soon but I have some new stuff I need to be carefull to tidy up before releasing... |
