Added a blog section to the site.  I need to sort out the templates a bit as things are not looking so good.

The system is not that good but I prefer to spend my time working on IpBike than trying to set up an alternative. It is at least good at keeping the spam away.

It is advisable to 'copy' before you try and post as the captcha stuff is a bit to agresive and the back buttone is not working for everyone.  You can at least then paste and have another go.

Hi, when using pace for speed there are a couple of problems with the Plot.

Firstly, it's upside down. The higher speed has a lower number.

Secondly, the scale doesn't work in two ways- firstly, 0mph trends to infinity minutes per KM- you've maxed this out at about 30, but my run speeds are all under 10 minutes per KM, so there's at least two thirds of the scale wasted.

The second way the scale doesn't work is minutes per km isn't linear, so this further compromises the scale and the granularity of speed variance.

I think the best way to solve these issues are to plot in KPH, but show whole minutes per km on the scale at each of their respective KPH conversion points? There'll still be a problem of 0kph trending to infinity in minutes per km, so there could end up a lot of mpkm all bunched together at the bottom of the scale, so some scale points would need to be dropped.

Cheers, G
