Added a blog section to the site.  I need to sort out the templates a bit as things are not looking so good.

If you have trouble registering then email support @ iforpowell.com and I can force things though.

The system is not that good but I prefer to spend my time working on IpBike than trying to set up an alternative. It is at least good at keeping the spam away.

It is advisable to 'copy' before you try and post as the captcha stuff is a bit to agresive and the back buttone is not working for everyone.  You can at least then paste and have another go.

I use the Max TTS to shout out the newest max whatever it is, when it happens, and I think it's great to see where you're at.

I can never get away with using timed TTS intervals- it seems so intrusive somehow.

Anyway, I'd like the Max TTS to be useful throughout a ride, not just for the first hour (by which time I've 'maxed' everything).

I'd like to hear for each climb on a big day where my HR is at as effort increases, but also as I tire and effort increases by not so much on later climbs, but then not continue to shout it out when I'm not doing much again- downhill or steady away (as happens with time based TTS).

Would having a Max within time period be useful? Recent Max TTS? Maybe tie this in with the time/distance averaging times. Maybe shouting out if I reach a new max HR within the recent x time (or distance) might do what I envisage?

I'm hoping this doesn't deviate too much from the feel or availability of stats you collect during a ride.

Cheers,

G
