The system is not that good but I prefer to spend my time working on IpBike than trying to set up an alternative. It is at least good at keeping the spam away.
It is advisable to 'copy' before you try and post as the captcha stuff is a bit to agresive and the back buttone is not working for everyone. You can at least then paste and have another go.

Everything looks sophisticated but I can't find this feature. Does ipBike actually have auto pause ?

I miss this feature too. If you stop e.g. at traffic lights, your heart rate will being still recorded and also gps speed data.
Strava tries than filter out this stopping unnecessary data.
If you press at every traffic light on the pause button, and again pause button after restarting pedaling ,the app have to search for sensors, gps signal etc.
The app is full packed with best training functions, hoping this simple feature 'autopause' will come one time.
