I love the app and how customizable it is. Have these questions I couldn't answer from the help pages:

1) what speed is plotted? Is it the instantaneous speed or one of the moving averages? Can the user select?

2) what power is plotted? Instantaneous or moving average? Can the user select?

3) is $movingspeed the variable name for "Recent average moving speed" ? (I want to use it in a user defined item.)

Thanks for such a great, highly customizable app. I think it's head and shoulders above the rest.
