The system is not that good but I prefer to spend my time working on IpBike than trying to set up an alternative. It is at least good at keeping the spam away.
It is advisable to 'copy' before you try and post as the captcha stuff is a bit to agresive and the back buttone is not working for everyone. You can at least then paste and have another go.

Hello Ifor, let me express my enthusiasm for your software : It is comprehensive, still very accessible and effective. Thanks so much for developing and maintaining it!
I face what I suspect an annoying bug : on versions 2.4.9 and more, the workout page is unusable : ipbike announces "workout load fail", the default workout files are visible, but when opening it, the exercices pages are blank, I cannot file and save a new one.
the problem is unchanged after fiddling around or deleting the workout .fit files in the android/data/com.iforpowel..../files/workouts
Otherwise, ipbike works fine.
This bug doesnt appear when running older versions (up to 2.4.8 ), so my current solution is to run older version and block updates.
Interesting points (from my POV) : taken from the 2.4.9 release note : "Fit SDK update to 21.78
Added Notes field into workout step now I see the .Fit file supports it".
Singularly, my terminal may be considered old (samsung galaxy A5 running android 6.0.1),
